Jeff Cheney
Jeff Cheney, CPA, Broker Associate
Jeff graduated among the top of his class from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Public Accounting. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was a Senior Associate serving the real estate and insurance industries. Jeff then served as the Director of Portfolio Operations for a Dallas-based investment advisory firm where he furthered his knowledge of real estate and asset valuation. Jeff left to start his own real estate practice servicing real estate sellers, buyers and investors. In 2007, Jeff was elected by the citizens of Frisco to serve on City Council, and in 2009 he was elected as Mayor Pro Tem, a position he currently holds. Jeff also serves on the Board of Directors of the Frisco Education Foundation.

Dana Cheney

Dana graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, with an emphasis
in Marketing from Baylor University and also holds a Series 6 license. She
began her career as a personal banker and loan officer and then served as a
Fund Services Associate for a large mutual fund before becoming a Marketing
Consultant for a large financial services firm. Dana manages all of the marketing
aspects of Frisco-Online.com and coordinates all of the organization’s charitable
and social events.

Kristie Henderson

Buyer Specialist
Kristie is a native Texan and has lived in the North Dallas/Frisco area for more
than 30 years. She began her career in the multi-family housing industry and
has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2005. Upon obtaining her license,
Kristie joined the prestigious Keller Williams Frisco All Stars and in 2006
she became an associate of The Cheney Group. Her knowledge of the area
is a great asset when it comes to helping buyers find the homes they desire.
Kristie is actively involved in both the community and local charitable events.

Ashley is a North Dallas native who has kept moving north, having lived in Plano, Frisco and now McKinney. She graduated high school from Trinity Christian Academy and then received a Bachelor's Degree from Texas A&M with a degree in Journalism and emphasis on Public Relations. Ashley began her career as the Sales/Marketing Manager for the Texas Rangers and Dallas Stars. Following the NHL lockout, she decided to pursue her lifelong interest in real estate, working first in the Flower Mound/Highland Village area and then in 2008 joining The Cheney Group with Keller Williams Frisco. Ashley makes it a priority to be among the most educated Realtors to service her clients well, obtaining multiple designations through extra education and attending Keller Williams Mega Agent Camp. She is passionate about delivering stellar service to her clients with good communication, hard work ethic, and using her knowledge of the area, market and negotiation to their advantage. Cindy joined The Cheney Group in 2011 and is the office manager. She brings 8 years of real estate experience as well as 10+ years of office management skills to the group.
Cindy helps to implement and manage all office systems and procedures so they run seamlessly. She is also the contract coordinator for the group. She handles each contract from execution through closing with attention to detail. Her professionalism is only surpassed by her exceptional customer service. She strives to meet each and every clients needs quickly and efficiently.

Dolly joined the Cheney Group in 2011. She earned her Bachelors and Masters Degree from Delhi University where she graduated with honors in Political Science. Dolly brings 10 years of retail industry experience from fortune 100 companies and 6 years of real estate experience as the Market Center Administrator for Keller Williams Frisco where she managed the day to day operations. Dolly’s expertise in varied customer service environments has landed her the position of Listing/Marketing Coordinator and Property Manager with the Cheney Group. Dolly handles customer expectations and needs with excellence. Her quick response to your needs and requests will be met with superior attention, professionalism, and efficiency.

Amanda earned her Bachelors of Science degree from Texas A&M University where she graduated with honors in 2004. Amanda worked for several service-oriented jobs and realized her passion for meeting new people and building friendships through business, which led her to The Cheney Group in 2006. While on the team as the Listing Coordinator Amanda pursued her love for decorating/design and became certified as a Home Staging Expert, thus able to help clients present their homes to prospective buyers in the best possible way. Amanda now specializes in staging for the team.

Chrissy Obenberger

Chrissy's role in The Cheney Group will be to identify residential, consumer and business needs and will maintain Frisco-Online.com as the premier online resource for Frisco and the surrounding communities, with innovative programs. Obenberger is involved in the Frisco Community on many levels. She and her husband, have raised three children who have graduated from the F.I.S.D. school system. Obenberger volunteered in schools, in a range of areas, including the position of Booster Club Secretary for the Frisco High School Wrestling Team. As a Leadership Frisco Class Member, she helped raise over $50,000 for the Frisco Family Services Center and she has also volunteered with Frisco Cares.
