***First things first. Do not procrastinate. Do it now. Make your bed first thing in the morning. Do dishes as soon as you get up from the table. Fold clothes as soon as they are dry.
Other helpful tips:
1. Try to clean for 10 to 15 minutes everyday.
2. Straighten up at night after the kids are asleep right before you go to bed.
3. Use a tote to keep all the cleaning products with you as you clean the house.
4. Clean with fast paced music in the background.
5. Try using a Mr. Clean Magic Easer. It can remove all kinds of marks and grime.
6. Keep disinfectant wipes under the bathroom sink and wipe down the bathroom counter everyday after you get ready.
7. Keep a squeegee in the shower to clean the walls after each use.
8. Let toilet cleaner set in the toilet while you clean the rest of the bathroom. That will give the cleaner time to loosen stains.
9. Load dishes in dishwasher as soon as you use them. Don’t let them build up in the sink.
10. Let dirty dishes soak in hot water while you clean the kitchen. This will help to release any stuck on messes.
11. Grid a lemon in the disposal to get rid of odors.
12. Clean sponges by microwaving them for 1 minute on high.
13. Newspaper works well to clean windows or mirrors and it does not leave streaks!
14. Try dusting or picking up animal hair off furniture with a lint roller.
15. Alternative cleaners:
• Vinegar- windows and mirrors
• Baking Soda- countertops & appliances or sprinkle in carpets and let set a few hours and then vacuum up

Great tips, Jeff!! Not just for while a house is on the market but just a great habit to get into to keep the house looking tidy!
